HEALTHY TIPS FOR PREGNANT MOTHERS.





 EAT HEALTHY FOODS: Eating healthy food is very essential for pregnant women because your body needs to grow healthy and strong in the womb. Eat more fruits and vegetables and foods low in saturated fat.


Don't drink alcohol before and during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.


DO NOT SMOKE:Smoking is not healthy for a growing baby in the womb. It may cause premature birth, miscarriage, and other poor outcomes.


GET PLENTY OF SLEEP: Sleep very well. It is very important for your baby and you. Try to sleep on your left side to improve blood flow.

REDUCE STRESS: Stress is very dangerous for pregnant mothers. Cause it may lead to miscarriage. Take someone to assist you with some choices in other to reduce too much stress.


DAILY EXERCISE: Don't always sit in one place as a pregnant woman. Daily exercise or staying active in other ways can help you stay healthy during pregnancy.



DRINK ENOUGH WATER: As a pregnant woman, you need more water. Try your best to always stay hydrated.



TAKE A DAILY PRENATAL VITAMIN: Taking a daily prenatal multivitamin can help ensure you get the right amount of the key nutrients you and your baby need during pregnancy.



GO FOR ANTENATAL. CARE: Get regular national care for a healthcare provider and it is held to also educate you to know what you have to do.



DRINK NATURAL JUICE: You can blend fruit like apples, and watermelon, and drink them early in the morning.
